Box 1 contains 13 folders of administrative records documenting the organization, governance, and operation of Florida A&M University Hospital. Materials include by-laws, constitutions, proposals, advisory board records, meeting agendas and minutes, correspondence, memoranda, budgets, appropriations, and reports relating to hospital administration and policy development, dated primarily 1951–1957. Folders are arranged in chronological order, and items within folders are arranged alphabetically.
